This document establishes the general terms and conditions of sale of services and subscriptions offered on the website. The characteristics of each subscription are detailed on the service sheet or landing page of each of them. - Subscription to Services:
Trading Partners services are exclusively reserved for professionals. Therefore, you must have a registration number for your company. To subscribe to one of the trading partners’ services, you will need to click on the link provided for this purpose, and you will be automatically redirected to the registration form where you will need to provide your professional data and proceed with the payment of services by credit card. Once the process is completed, the system will confirm your purchase by email within a maximum period of 24 hours. - Intellectual Property:
GENIUS is the legitimate holder of all intellectual property rights to the courses, subscriptions, and content offered. Subscribing to a Trading Partners service subscription entitles you to distribute the information received by the CLIENT to the limit of their clients, subscribers. Reproduction, distribution, or transformation of the contents without express written authorization is prohibited. - License of Use:
Subscribing to any of the subscriptions grants you an exclusive, temporary license for use, in exchange for a specified price publicly displayed on the tradingpartners.ai website. - Responsibility:
GENIUS cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or Contents. The Contents are advice, recommendations, or suggestions from professionals based on their own experience, without a guarantee of achieving a specific result. - Subscription Procedure:
The subscription procedure for services is carried out in English. GENIUS will not keep a copy of the purchase conditions related to the subscription. Access codes (username and password) are confidential. - Payment Methods:
Payment can be made by credit/debit card. Subscription and recurring payments can be temporarily or permanently suspended on the Profile page of the genius-station.com website. - Pricing and Invoicing:
Prices include applicable VAT and must be paid by the method indicated at the time of subscription. An invoice will be issued, indicating the applicable VAT. - Claims:
Any claim related to the provision of the service will be processed at the email address [email protected]. Users residing in the European Union also have the option to resort to the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR). - Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium when execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer and user. - GENIUS Obligations:
GENIUS will provide necessary and/or optional academic documentation and material means. GENIUS reserves the right to make occasional modifications to the training plan. - Modification of Subscription Conditions:
GENIUS reserves the right to modify the subscription conditions of the courses. - Principles and Limits of Use of Trading Partners Services:
The responsibility for collecting and using the information obtained via the Trading Partners API lies exclusively with the CLIENT.
